In this article we will look at how to wire a 7 pin trailer plug to the 12N European standard. These are the type of plugs used on car trailers and caravans. Although it can be daunting at first. With the right tools it takes very little time.
To wire a 12N 7 pin plug you need a couple of tools. Wire Strippers and an assortment of screw drivers.
